The Space

From the gated courtyard the floorplan opens through to an expansive atrium bathed in beautiful natural light. You’ll be instantly drawn to the two-story glass door framing the entrance, and the double-height ceiling.

Adorned with polished concrete and timber finishes – this residence embraces a soothing neutral colour palette. The ebb and flow of the Noosa River is a calming backdrop for the open plan living space, dining, and kitchen, with the indoor spaces seamlessly flowing outdoor.

The chef style kitchen is embellished with timber cabinetry, white marble benchtops and high-quality appliances - offering everything you need and more for your holiday. The expansive island bench lends itself to congregation and conversation - or rather enjoy a glass of wine in the more intimate setting of your courtyard.

The dining space is cleverly executed to foster warmth and connection, best appreciated over a meal or private chef experience. Here the attention falls to the luxury elements, from the adorned chandeliers and hand carved timber furnishings to the impressive wine cellar that lines the wall. It’s a fitting canvas for the panorama that unfolds as glass doors draw back to unveil the unspoilt natural reserve beyond.

In the centre of the open plan living space lies the relaxing lounge area, flooded in beautiful natural light through the seamless sliding doors and draping white curtains. Thoughtfully designed and elegantly appointed, this intimate space is perfect to rest, converse and catch up on a film.

The expansive alfresco takes centre stage at this luxury residence. The lush natural foliage on the opposing side of the river, sets the tone for nothing but relaxation. Take a front-row seat and experience the starry nights, balmy days, and golden sunrises. Choose between a dip in the heated infinity pool or off your private jetty into the river. The BBQ, sunbeds and outdoor lounges overlooking the water make for an entertainers haven.

The lower-level houses two spacious bedrooms, each with their own exclusive interior, tropical views, double bed, and built-in robe, with one bedroom providing private courtyard access. These bedrooms share a suitably luxurious and spacious bathroom with a double basin, marble encased shower, and a guest powder room adjacent.

Upstairs, luxury elements and characteristic art are subtly positioned, leading to the three guest bedrooms and master suite. The master suite has been cleverly designed for relaxation and comfort, complete with a king bed, futon, and a walk-in wardrobe. It’s upper-level position allows you to take advantage of the exclusive waterfront vista across the bedroom and on your private standing balcony. A free-standing bath and rain shower host prime position over the secluded canal, while frosted glass encloses the restroom.

Take some time to unwind in the sunroom with a book and your morning coffee or opt for a quick workout surrounded by sensational views - this is quintessential Noosa luxury.

Adjacent is a spacious guest bedroom, comprising of a TV, timber furnishings and king bed. Here you can enjoy breathtaking river views, and an open plan ensuite complete with a walk-in-shower.

This level hosts a third additional guest bedroom - with a queen bed, overlooking the street. There is plenty of room to find your own space in this sprawling residence.
