House Rules - No Parties or Events: Our properties are for family holidays and quiet getaways only. Parties, large gatherings, functions, weddings, hens or bucks events and commercial events are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval has been granted by the Belle Escapes Manager. - Strictly no smoking on premise. - Maximum Guest Numbers: The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on your booking confirmation. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. - Noise and Neighbour Consideration: Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Offensive, loud, or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. - Pets: Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties and must be approved prior to your stay. Please clean up after your pets and do not allow them on furniture or bedding. - Rubbish and Recycling: All rubbish must be placed in the appropriate bins provided. Excess rubbish must be removed from the property prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from your security bond. - Damage and Breakages: Any damage, breakage, or maintenance issue must be reported immediately to the Property Manager. Failure to report may result in additional charges or bond forfeiture. - Security and Safety: Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when the property is unattended and upon departure. - Parking: Guests must only park in designated areas. Please do not park on lawns, gardens, or neighbouring properties. - Departure Requirements: The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All dishes should be washed and put away, BBQ cleaned, and furniture returned to its original position. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unsatisfactory state. - Use of Property Amenities: Guests use all facilities, including fireplaces, BBQs, pools, spas, and outdoor equipment, at their own risk. Please follow all safety instructions provided. - Lost Property: Belle Escapes accepts no responsibility for items left behind. Found items may be returned at the guest’s expense.
