The master bedroom has a queen bed, spacious ensuite and direct access to the balcony with fabulous views to the north-east. Two additional bedrooms share a family bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. Air conditioning and ceiling fans provide comfort for those hot summer nights, and guests can enjoy complimentary WIFI access for the duration of their stay. There is also a TV and complete stereo system located in the main living room. The laundry is fully equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer, and a spacious double garage downstairs (with internal stair access) provides secure off-street parking. House Rules No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions, and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval. Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am. Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure. Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
