Guests will be accommodated in one of three bedrooms with a queen bed in the master, double bed in the second bedroom and double bed in the third bedroom, the property also accommodates a fold out sofa couch if required, the bathroom offers a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet, Airconditioning is set throughout for comfort. Please note, there are external street facing security cameras. Strictly NO PETS allowed. House Rules No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions, and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval. Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am. Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure. Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
