A Luxurious Retreat in the Heart of Mount Maunganui

Welcome to The Golden Oasis, a stunning four-bedroom haven where sophisticated design meets relaxed coastal living. This elegant white residence offers both seclusion and proximity in one of Mount Maunganui’s most desirable locations.

As you arrive, the electric gate opens to reveal lush tropical landscaping, sculpted palms and a striking golden door, a unique design statement that sets the tone for everything that follows. Inside, the home opens up with floor-to-ceiling glass, a light-filled hallway that leads to the open-plan kitchen, living and dining spaces, where every detail has been thoughtfully curated.

Slide open the expansive glass doors and you’ll discover the true magic: a private outdoor oasis, complete with a covered spa, outdoor kitchen, sun-drenched deck, and your very own putting green, a rare and playful luxury that makes entertaining a breeze.

Whether you're sipping cocktails under the stars or enjoying morning coffee to the sound of birdsong, this is a home that invites connection and relaxation. The integrated sound system flows throughout the house, and for those who love a nostalgic touch, a record player is ready to spin your favourite vinyl in style.

Inside, the interiors are warm and elegant, plush textures, curated artwork, thoughtful lighting, and timeless materials that exude calm and comfort. The dining area sits beside a feature fireplace, creating the perfect mood for dinner with friends or long evenings of wine and board games with family.

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master suite features a super king bed, an ensuite with a bath, and a private balcony overlooking the serene putting green and spa area. A second bedroom also offers a super king bed and exudes a sense of calm and refinement. One room includes a queen bed with a king single bunk above, ideal for an additional guest or flexible sleeping arrangements, while the fourth bedroom is fitted with a generous king bed and is thoughtfully styled for rest and relaxation.

There’s also a second lounge upstairs, allowing space to stretch out, ideal for families or couples wanting separate zones to relax. The bathrooms are beautifully designed, each with unique character and bold pops of colour. Whether it’s a steamy soak in the master bath or a fresh rinse under the heated outdoor shower after a surf, every corner of the home has been designed for indulgent living.

Out front, there’s double parking, a filleting station for keen fishermen, and room for a boat or extra vehicles in the driveway.

You’ll love The Golden Oasis for its prime Mount location, just moments from the beach, cafés and boutique shops, yet tucked away enough to feel perfectly peaceful. The home’s striking design and luxurious finishes create an atmosphere of refined comfort, while the spa, outdoor kitchen, integrated sound system and private putting green add touches of indulgence that make every stay feel special. With its generous layout and multiple living zones, it’s ideal for executive groups or couples travelling together who appreciate space and style. This is truly a one-of-a-kind retreat in the heart of the Mount, a stay you won’t soon forget.
