• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• Stairs - This home is more or less single level, but there are 3 steps between the entry and living-kitchen-dining area and between the entry and lower bedroom wing of the house.

Please be aware that cliff strengthening work is currently underway nearby. While the primary work is happening out of sight on the cliff face, you may notice the screened staging/storage area, work vehicles or personnel in the area during the day. As a result, there may be some intermittent daytime noise. We are monitoring the progress closely and will provide updates as we receive them.
