This holiday house is managed by The Beach House People and is short stay accommodation under the Bass Coast Shire Council and governed by Local Law 1 Neighbourhood Amenity 2002.  On booking this house you will be asked to agree to our Terms & Conditions which include: No parties, No Schoolies, No Hens or Bucks parties, no young groups. No Smoking. You will also be asked to provide Australian photo ID or passport ID in the online check in process before we can release the lock box code to you. Security deposit is a pre-authorisation on a credit card for $400, released up to 7 after departure & after property inspection.
