Please note that the property itself is not fenced, so dogs must be kept on a leash whenever they are outside the home. The nearby off-leash dog park at The Cape provides a great place for your pup to stretch their legs.

The township of Cape Paterson is just a 3-minute drive away, with a local café, tavern and take away store. For a larger selection of shops and supplies, Wonthaggi and Inverloch are around 10 minutes by car.

Cape Paterson is a fantastic base for exploring the Bass Coast and South Gippsland, with easy access to some of Victoria's most popular coastal destinations. Take a day trip to Phillip Island, visit the famous Penguin Parade, or head in the opposite direction towards Wilsons Promontory and explore its spectacular beaches, walking trails and national park.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.

Check-in is simple and contactless via a secure lockbox located at the property. Access details will be provided prior to arrival.

● Quality linen is provided for all bookings.

● Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

● Strictly no parties, events, Schoolies groups, hens or bucks celebrations.

● No smoking.

● No cats please.

● Australian photo identification or a valid passport is required to complete the online check-in process.

● A $400 guest security deposit is pre-authorised on a credit card and released up to 7 days after check-out.
