Sleeping up to seven guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it’s the ideal base for exploring the beautiful Tutukākā Coast.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the main entrance, a spacious bedroom with three single beds (one bunk bed and one standalone single), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The laundry is also located on this level, which is equipped with a washing machine.

Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area has been designed to make the most of the stunning waterfront outlook. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the generous dining area and comfortable lounge provide plenty of space for everyone to gather. A Smart TV, board games and puzzles are available for quieter days indoors.

Sliding doors open onto a large deck overlooking the Ngunguru Estuary. Fire up the BBQ, dine outdoors, or simply relax with a coffee or evening drink while watching the changing tides and boats drift by.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, a cosy sitting area, beautiful estuary views and direct access to the deck. The ensuite includes a shower and a spa bath, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the coast.

The second upstairs bedroom also features a queen bed, with a separate bathroom next door including a shower.

Ngunguru is a relaxed coastal village and the perfect base for exploring the Tutukākā Coast. Just five minutes away, Tutukākā Marina offers cafés, restaurants, bars, boutique shops and access to world-class diving, fishing and boating adventures. Some of Northland’s most beautiful beaches, including Matapōuri Bay, Whale Bay and Sandy Bay, are all within a short drive, making The Paddle Out an ideal destination for your next beach holiday.
