Sleeping up to 5 guests, the villa features 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Downstairs, the home is open-plan and generously sized, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and living area flowing directly onto the covered back verandah. There is also a separate plantation-shuttered study/TV room, a dining area, and a third bathroom combined with a laundry that opens to an undercover enclosed drying yard. Complimentary Wi-Fi, two smart TVs, ceiling fans, and a cosy gas fireplace ensure year-round comfort.

Upstairs, both bedrooms include en-suites, TVs, ceiling fans, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and private balconies. The master bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom is typically configured with a king bed, but can be split into two king single beds upon request at the time of booking. A trundle bed is available in the second bedroom for an additional child (please note this will not be made up with linen). A portacot is also available.

Outside, the covered verandah includes a BBQ and outdoor dining setting overlooking a delightful garden. The garden opens onto a large back lawn with a secure gate leading down a sandy track to the beach just one minute away. Enjoy abundant birdlife while sipping your morning coffee on the lawn or an evening drink on the upstairs balcony.

Secure, gated, uncovered parking is available for two cars. Please note the driveway is slightly steep and may not be suitable for lower vehicles. Street parking is also available when free.

All linen is provided, except pool and beach towels. Please remember to pack these, or you can hire them; ask us for details about this.
