On The Beach is currently undergoing an exciting ground-floor refurbishment, with our apartments, pool and resort facilities remaining open throughout this period. Construction works are scheduled Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 5:00pm, with no works scheduled on weekends or public holidays. During the refurbishment period, guests may notice scaffolding, construction noise, trades onsite and skips located within the driveway area. Every effort will be made to minimise the impact on your stay. Please note that from 16 June to 26 June 2026, our onsite car park will be closed. Pedestrian access to the resort will remain open; however, there will be no onsite parking available during this time. We recommend parking at Bay Village as the closest alternative option. Rare refurbishment discounts are available for stays between 23 April and 31 August 2026. For stays from 1 September 2026, guests will be among the first to experience our refreshed building and new reception area.
