On The Beach is undergoing a ground-floor refurbishment until 1 September 2026, including a new entrance, driveway and reception area. Apartments, the pool and resort facilities remain open. Construction operates Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm. Basement car park access will be closed 13–15 July, 20–24 July and 27–31 July due to crane works, with alternative parking available. Further noise and access restrictions are expected from 17–28 August during driveway demolition and retiling. Please contact the resort before booking for current access and parking information.
