On The Beach Noosa is undergoing refurbishment until approximately 8 October 2026. Apartments, the pool and resort facilities remain open; however, guests may experience weekday construction noise and temporary access changes. The basement car park and driveway will close from 6:00am–6:00pm on Tuesday 11 August for crane works, with no pedestrian access through the driveway. Major demolition from 17–21 August will create significant noise from approximately 7:30am, affect all rooms and require the basement car park to close. Retiling and general construction will continue from 24–28 August, with reduced but ongoing disruption. Alternative paid parking will be arranged and reimbursed. Guests with mobility concerns should contact the resort before arrival, as temporary lift closures may require stair access.
