On The Beach Noosa is currently undergoing refurbishment, with works expected to be completed by the end of August 2026. Apartments, the pool and resort facilities remain open; however, guests may experience weekday construction noise and temporary access changes. Major demolition from 17–21 August will create significant noise from approximately 7:30am, affect all rooms and require temporary changes to basement car park and resort access. Retiling and general construction will continue from 24–28 August, with reduced but ongoing disruption. Alternative paid parking will be arranged and reimbursed where required. Guests with mobility concerns should contact the resort before arrival, as temporary access changes and lift closures may require stair access.
